TINAC Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Hello Memories mobile application (the "Service").

Hello Memories is designed with privacy at its core. The App does not operate its own servers and does not collect or store your photos, personal data, or account information.
Hello Memories does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The App does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and does not serve advertisements.
All app data, including scan results and cleaning preferences, is stored locally on your device. Analytics and crash data collected by Firebase is stored on Google's servers in accordance with their data retention policies.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties.
The App requires access to your photo library to function. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's Settings. Without photo library access, the App will not be able to analyze or organize your photos.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since the App processes photos entirely on your device and does not maintain user accounts, most personal data is under your direct control. To request deletion of analytics data collected through Firebase, please contact us at the email below.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
