By downloading or using Hello Memories (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.
TINAC Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.
The App, including all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belongs to TINAC Inc.
Hello Memories requires access to your photo library to analyze, categorize, and help you organize your photos. The App uses on-device processing to identify duplicates, similar photos, and other categories for cleaning suggestions. All processing occurs locally on your device.
The App facilitates moving photos to the device's trash through Apple's Photos framework. Photos moved to trash can be recovered within 30 days through the Photos app's "Recently Deleted" album, after which they are permanently deleted by the system.
Hello Memories provides AI-powered photo analysis and cleaning recommendations for organizational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, automated categorization may not always perfectly identify duplicates, similar photos, or other groupings.
We recommend reviewing suggested photos before confirming deletion. We are not responsible for any unintended loss of photos that were moved to trash through the App.
Hello Memories offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (operated by Google) to collect anonymous usage and crash data. By using the App, you also agree to Firebase Terms of Service and Firebase Privacy Policy.
Core features of the App work offline, as photo analysis is performed on-device. An internet connection is required for in-app purchases and for transmitting analytics and crash data. We cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you do not have internet access when required.
We may update the App from time to time. The App is currently available for iOS — system requirements may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the App. We do not promise to always update the App to remain compatible with every iOS version.
Users shall not engage in the following when using this App:
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TINAC Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.
We may revoke your license to use the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
